Roger Mears Architects are working on the feasibility of the residential conversion of the Grade II listed Brooklands House, Weybridge, Surrey. The conversion works are part of a comprehensive masterplan project for the redevelopment of the wider Brooklands College site.
We are looking at the historic development, the existing configuration internally and externally preparing an initial assessment of heritage significance. The feasibility and heritage impact of proposed demolitions will enable the formulation of suitable justification arguments and mitigation strategies. We will also look at a suitable sub-division into residential units, assessing likely issues in both construction and heritage approval terms.
